A Kid at Heart
I was hooked from the minute I tried on the hoop and could actually do it! You can too! I ordered a hoop, and when it came to my house I used it for five or ten minutes at a time when I needed a boost of inspiration before cooking dinner or when I was feeling tired. The more I hooped, the more I loved it!
With hooping, the body stays
relaxed. The more relaxed I am, the easier the hoop goes around.
It is a fun physics experiment too. Learning about the centrifugal force of the hoop, as well as gaining first hand knowledge of how
gravity works with levity is very interesting. It is like having a
dance partner that I am always communicating with.
Old and Young and every age in between can enjoy the hula hoop with the new fitness spin of a slightly weighted hoop and larger size than the old Wammos. Both size and extra weight make the hoops easier to use. Even though hoop Dance is a great workout it does not seem like "exercise" and has brought a lot of joy to my life. I think it will do the same for you too.
